my stay was great! the holiday inn express exceeded my expectations during the christmas party. the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the spacious one-bedroom suite with a king bed.

the elevator was out of service.

Housekeeping could use serious attention!!! Maintenance and repair issues abound, which detracts from the experience. Further, the noise from neighboring rooms or outside might disrupt a relaxing stay!!!

Construction was a nuisance.

We just stayed for two nights, and while the initial room had its quirks, I really appreciated the decent breakfast and the cozy bedding and pillows. However, I was disappointed that the bathroom needed some repairs and the room had a weird smell.

The heated pool was a total hit with my kids, and we loved the delicious breakfast spread every morning. The indoor pool and fitness center gave us some great options for relaxation too. Just a heads up, the parking situation could be a little tight during busy times. 😊

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and had a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a microwave. The indoor swimming pool was great for a dip after a long day. Breakfast had a quality selection, including freshly baked pastries. The fitness center was well-equipped. Overall, a comfy stay with good amenities.

We had a great trip with friends, enjoying the indoor pool and fitness center. The hotel is close to the Winstar Casino and the Prime Outlet Mall, perfect for fun and shopping. We also visited the State Theater for a great movie night.

However, we did have some trouble checking in, as the staff seemed disorganized, which caused a delay.

It was just an appropriate option for a stopover in Gainesville with best value for money ratio. The queen beds were super comfy, and I had my best night's sleep on the road trip. Check out the Mexican restaurant next door. it's delicious and affordable.

Overall, it was a decent stay with a few hiccups.

Decent stay but some quirks

The room was comfy enough, no complaints there. Had some breakfast choices that were pretty nice! The doors around the back were taped open, which gave me a bit of a scare. O_o Overall, not a bad stay, but I’d seriously suggest fixing security glitches for peace of mind.
